We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow your team of agents with us. If you have a passion for property marketing, talent for guiding people, and thrive in a results-driven environment—this opportunity is for you!

As a Sales Manager, you’ll represent top real estate developers, manage and mentor your sales agents, assist buyers and investors in finding the right properties, and enjoy competitive commissions plus exclusive developer incentives and seller rewards.


Requirements


  • At least 1 year of real estate or sales experience
  • 72 college units completed (minimum educational background)
  • With existing real estate background or exposure preferred
  • Has strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and site trippings
  • Commission-driven and highly motivated to reach team goals
  • Can work part-time or full-time, with flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of real estate sales agents
  • Represent high-value projects from reputable property developers
  • Oversee and track team performance and individual agent targets
  • Conduct trainings, recruitment, and regular sales meetings
  • Accompany clients and agents on property site trippings
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the buying process
  • Handle negotiations and close property deals
